KIND REMINDER & NOTES
1. Check in after 15:00；Check out before 11:00. Extra charge from 11:30am.
2. We offer shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer and one small towel. Bringing your own towel and toothbrush set is suggested. Meanwhile, your spirit of self-service is appreciated.
3. Luggage storage is for free until 1 day after check-out date. The costs will be 50NTD/piece/day.
4. No food or drinks in the room, please.
5. The kitchen is available all day, but please be quiet after 23:00. For guests who want to store food in the fridge, please use the white stickers on the left side of the fridge and mark it with name/check out date/room.
6. Please remember to carry room card to make sure your personal belongings are safe; 300NTD is required if the card is unfortunately lost.
7. In order to maintain a quiet and safe environment at night, visiting hours is from 8:00-22:00 and public area only.
8. We will charge triple the room rate if there is an unotified staying.
9. TYH reserves the right to refuse service to guests who harass other guests without refunding.
Cancellation Policy
1. If cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
2. If cancelled less than 10-13 days before the arrival date, 30% 30% of the deposit will be charged.
3. If cancelled 7-9 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be charged.
4. If cancelled 4-6 days before the arrival date, 60% of the deposit will be charged.
5. If cancelled 2-3 days before the arrival date, 70% of the deposit will be charged.
6. If cancelled 1 day before the arrival date, 80% of the deposit will be charged.
7. If cancelled on the arrival date or in case of No-Show, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
